Q: Can I access the conference brochure online?
A: Yes, the brochure will be available on the Mega Conference website. The brochure is typically posted in mid-September prior to the event.
Q: Is there a conference evaluation form that I can complete to leave feedback?
A: Yes, after the conference, we will email a link to all attendees so they can complete an online evaluation.
Q: How do I make a hotel reservation?

Q: Can I access the speaker presentations on line?
A: Yes, all attendees will receive an email one week before the conference to download PDF's of the speaker presentations saved as handouts. They can be printed and/or saved to a laptop or portable device.
Q: Can I request vegetarian (or other special) meals?
A: Yes, a field will be available in your online registration where you can provide a written description of your dietary needs.
Q: What if I need special accommodations for a physical disability?
A: A field will be available in your online registration where you can provide a written description of your physical needs.
Q: Is there a map of the conference center available?
A: Yes, a map of the conference center will be available in the Event App.
Q: Is the guest pass for the evening social events good for one or two nights?
A: The guest pass, which can only be used by one individual, is good for both Wednesday and Thursday evening. You cannot buy a pass for just one night. This is purchased during your event registration for the conference.
Q: If I cannot attend last minute, can I send a substitute in my place?
A: Yes, notification is required so the correct name badge can be available at check in. Please email mega@badgerbay.co.
Q: What is my time commitment if I volunteer for registration booth check-in, session manager or social cops?
A: Registration booth staff are scheduled in 2 hour increments. Social Cops in 1 hour increments. Session Managers are per education session.
Q: Do volunteers receive any sort of benefits or perks?
A: No, just the fun of helping out. But it takes a lot of volunteers to make the Mega Conference successful.
